Welcome to AMA Bespoke Jewellery. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products and services. By placing an order with AMA Bespoke Jewellery, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Governing Law

  • Orders placed by customers within the United Kingdom will be governed by UK law and invoiced by Avenya Ltd.
  • Orders placed by customers in India and the rest of the world will be governed by Indian law and invoiced by Elysign Digital LLP.

3. Bespoke Jewellery Process

AMA Bespoke Jewellery specializes in custom-made jewellery designed uniquely for each client.

Consultation

  • Initial consultation is complimentary.
  • Clients may discuss design preferences, gemstones, budget, and timeline.

Design Revisions

  • Design revisions are permitted within reasonable limits.
  • Significant changes in design direction after approval may be treated as a new project and may incur additional charges.

Design Approval

  • Final design approval is required before production begins.
  • Once design approval is granted, the order proceeds to production.

4. Payment Terms

  • 100% payment is required after design approval and before production begins.
  • Accepted currencies:
    • GBP (United Kingdom)
    • INR (India)
    • USD (International clients)

Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer (Preferred)
  • PayPal (Additional transaction charges may apply)

Orders will not proceed to production until full payment is received.


5. Pricing

  • All prices are based on current metal and gemstone market values.
  • Prices may vary depending on gemstone availability, customization requirements, and design complexity.
  • Final pricing is confirmed after design approval.

6. Production Timeline

  • Production typically takes 6–8 weeks after design approval and payment.
  • Delays may occur due to:
    • Gemstone sourcing
    • Complex craftsmanship requirements
    • Seasonal demand
    • Unforeseen circumstances

Clients will be kept informed throughout the production process.


7. Cancellations & Refunds

Bespoke Jewellery

  • Bespoke jewellery orders are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations are accepted only before production begins.
  • Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Non‑Bespoke Jewellery

  • Returns accepted within 2 days of purchase
  • Items must be unused and in original condition

Refunds will not be issued once production begins.


8. Warranty

  • AMA Bespoke Jewellery does not provide warranty on bespoke jewellery.
  • Clients are responsible for proper care and maintenance.

9. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide.
  • Products will be shipped from Mumbai, India.
  • Shipping insurance is provided by AMA Bespoke Jewellery.
  • Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) will be covered by AMA Bespoke Jewellery unless otherwise specified.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.


10. Gemstones

  • Gemstones may be natural, lab‑grown, or treated.
  • Gemstone color and appearance may vary due to natural variations.
  • Clients will be informed about gemstone specifications prior to production.

11. Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All designs created by AMA Bespoke Jewellery remain the intellectual property of the company.
  • Clients own the final purchased product only.
  • Bespoke designs will not be replicated.
  • Design elements such as motifs or gemstone concepts may be reused in future designs.

12. Ring Sizing & Measurements

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate sizing.
  • Once production begins, resizing may not be possible.
  • AMA Bespoke Jewellery is not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by clients.

13. Liability

AMA Bespoke Jewellery shall not be liable for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Stone loss due to improper handling
  • Resizing limitations after production

Clients are responsible for proper care and maintenance.


14. Product Variations

  • Each bespoke jewellery piece is handmade.
  • Minor variations may occur and are part of the bespoke nature of the product.
